Our webstore does not process any payments on-site, nor do we have access to any of your financial information at any time. All payments are processed by our selected secure payment gateway providers.

Direct Bank Transfers

We accept EFT and direct deposit payments into our bank account. For payments via this method, please follow the instructions at the checkout page after selecting your the Direct Bank Transfer payment method. No goods will be released until deposited funds reflect as cleared in our account.

GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES

All our products are tested to be fully functional prior to dispatch. Due to the mechanical nature of these products, we cannot provide any guarantees or warranties. We do however do repairs on products that do have a fault.

 

Retay blank gun products which have issues related to manufacturers fault within a 3 month period will be fixed for free, but if due to any other reasons stated by our gun smith, a repair fee will be charged. Faults will be determined by our gun smith who will assess the issue and deem the cause of any faults wether it be manufacture’s fault or not.

RETURNS POLICY

All products are tested prior to dispatch. No returns will be accepted. Only repairs or exchanges will be made on products which have issues which are related to manufacturers fault which we will determine after being processed and inspected by our gun smith. Repair work done on products which are not in relation to manufacturers fault will be charged a repair fee.

Any returns on clothing or footwear must be returned within 5 days of receiving the goods. We will exchange non-fitting goods within these categories subject to returns being received in original packaging, and with no visible wear.
